There are indications that Chery will eventually establish its own transmission production line for the second time, not just a DHT transmission. Of course, hybrid power and pure electricity are the mainstream in the future, and they are also the most urgent production lines to be established. Therefore, it is reasonable for DHT plug-in hybrid gearbox to be produced first.

As for the transmission itself, it was introduced when it first appeared. The hybrid special gearbox supports nine working modes, such as pure electric drive, extended range mode drive, parallel mode drive and engine direct drive. It has three power sources, which can be driven in two different gears respectively, and can form a 10 combination gear, with a maximum input torque of 510n m, so as to realize the shifting process with uninterrupted power. It can be applied to pure electric, hybrid, extended range and plug-in hybrid vehicles. Pay attention to several messages that are constantly mentioned, and pure electric can also support it. This is also the main reason why the DHT gearbox mentioned above needs to be put into production more urgently. After all, the scope of application is indeed in line with the mainstream trend in the future.

However, the latest official information shows that the previous gearbox data should be for the 1.6TGDI hybrid engine. In fact, the current information shows that the official information of the 1.5TGDI hybrid version was released at the Guangzhou Auto Show at the end of last year, and no information about the 1.6TGDI hybrid version was mentioned. In addition, some parameters of the DHT gearbox itself have also changed, and it is no longer the tenth gear. It is a more specific three-speed ratio 1 1, which is one gear more than the information originally introduced. The acceleration time of 100 kilometers is obviously 5 seconds. At the same time, it is clearly marked that the fuel consumption of HEV is 5.2L/ 100Km, and the comprehensive fuel consumption is 1.3L/ 100Km. If the fuel tank is not discounted, a box of oil will open.

Of course, all the above are inferred from the latest official information. The model before 1.6TGDI mixed version was F4J 16H, so 1.5TGDI mixed version should be F4J 15H. Whether 1.6TGDI will quit the stage and give way to 1.5TGDI engine (there is anecdotal information that the planning of 1.6TGDI and manifold jet may be technically adjusted according to their brand positioning) is still unknown.
