1970 was officially put into production in the middle period, named Tedeco fabric liquid ammonia mercerizing method, which adopted ammonia-drying-steaming process, referred to as ADS process. Soon, this patent was transferred to Sanfor Company in the United States. From then on, liquid ammonia mercerization turned to liquid ammonia, forming three processes.
① Duration process is a simple liquid ammonia treatment.
②Sanfor-Set process, liquid ammonia treatment and resin finishing.
(3) sanitary persistent treatment, liquid ammonia treatment and mechanical shrinkage prevention.
After 1975, the liquid ammonia treated fabric named "Sanfor-Set" by Sanforlai Company of the United States opened up the market for heavy fabrics such as labor cloth. On the basis of the above three processes, a combined process of liquid ammonia-resin-shrink-proof was developed.
Liquid ammonia finishing machine has strong adaptability to all kinds of fabrics, such as cotton thick fabric 83.3tex×97.2tex denim, 58.3tex×58.3tex yarn card, 465,438+0.65 tex× 72.88 tex sanitary cloth, etc. After finishing with liquid ammonia, the shrinkage rate is greatly reduced, the resilience is greatly improved, the hand feel is very soft, and the luster is soft, such as shrink-proof softness. Thin fabrics, such as 14.58tex and 5.83tex poplin, are greatly improved in elasticity and dimensional stability after finishing with liquid ammonia, with a smooth and soft appearance and a strong silky feeling. If combined with resin finishing, the product can reach PP level.
See Table 5-4 for the physical and mechanical properties of 83.3tex×97.2tex denim after liquid ammonia finishing.
