What are the classifications of burners?

Burner classification: 1. According to their uses, we can divide them into industrial burners, commercial burners and process burners. Industrial burners and commercial burners are generally high in power and generally belong to fixed equipment. Process application burner, with low power and no specific model, can be developed according to the actual process and belongs to consumable parts.

2. Burners can be divided into two types according to ignition methods: one is automatic ignition, which ignites combustible gas through high voltage generated by electrodes, and the other is manual ignition. The ignition method is to ignite combustible gas with an open flame. Automatic ignition is suitable for relatively pure gas, and manual ignition is suitable for pure combustible gas and dirty combustible gas.

Cast iron aluminum burners can be divided into: 1) conventional burners (mainly flame ducts 304+3 10S or full 3 10S).

2) Silicon carbide burner (flame duct is made of silicon carbide)

3) High-speed convergent burner (flame duct is made of silicon carbide or stainless steel)

Composition of burner: 1) gas burner (material: cast iron or cast aluminum)

2) Gas pipeline (material: 304)

3) Air shell (material: cast iron or cast aluminum)

4) Cyclone disk (material: 3 10S)

5) Flame duct (material: less than 3 10S 200 long, silicon carbide)

6) The electrode materials imported from Switzerland are much more durable than ordinary electrodes.

Thickness of fire tube and cyclone disk: In addition, burners can be divided into ordinary burners, low-nitrogen burners and self-preheating burners.
