1) the standard board size is 3*3, and the diagonal error is less than 3mm. If it is necessary to cut, a small cutting saw can be used, and the allowable deviation of insulation board size is 2.
2) Turn-over of grid cloth: glue grid cloth at the openings of doors and windows, both sides of deformation joints, etc., with a total width of about 2, and the width of the turn-over part is 8. The specific method is as follows: the cutting length of grid cloth is 18 plus the plate thickness. First, apply a special adhesive with a length of 8 and a width of 2 on the bag turning part, then press in 8-length grid cloth, and throw out the rest for later use.
3) smear the prepared special adhesive on the back of the composite foamed cement board, and the compaction thickness of the adhesive is about 3. In order to ensure firm bonding, it is best to use the full-dip method, the strip bonding method and the strip point method.
4) strip bonding method: evenly spread the special adhesive on the foamed cement board horizontally with a toothed trowel, with a strip width of 1, a thickness of 1 and a middle distance of 5.
5) Dot-by-dot method: use a trowel to apply special adhesive to the periphery and middle of each board, and then apply ash cake with a diameter of 5 and a thickness of 1 in the separated area of foamed cement board.
6) quickly paste the insulation board with special adhesive on the wall to prevent the surface from crusting and losing its bonding effect.
7) After the foamed cement insulation board is glued to the wall, it shall be flattened by 2m feet to ensure its flatness and firm pasting. The boards shall be tightly squeezed and there shall be no seams. The gaps formed due to non-straight cutting shall be stuffed and smoothed with adhesive. After each board is glued, the special adhesive on the extruded surface should be removed.
8) The foamed cement board shall be laid horizontally from bottom to top in sections, and each row of boards shall be staggered by 1/2 of the board length, and the local minimum staggered joint shall not be less than 1.
