1. Inquiry: No matter where in the world, registered trademarks must be inquired, and the same is true for registered trademarks in Sweden. Need to inquire whether similar or identical trademarks are prior or registered;
2. Application: The registration of Swedish trademarks can be completed by the applicant or his entrusted agent submitting the application documents to the Swedish Patent and Trademark Registration Office;
3. Examination: After receiving the application documents, the Swedish Patent and Trademark Registration Office will examine the trademark applied for registration, mainly to examine whether the trademark conforms to the instructions, whether it is the same as or similar to other trademarks or trademarks being registered, and whether the trademark has certain "identifiability".
4. Announcement: When the Swedish Patent and Trademark Registration Office considers the trademark registration acceptable, it will make a two-month announcement on the official Swedish platform. During the announcement period, anyone can object to the trademark;
5. Approval and certification: during the announcement period, if the objection is ruled invalid or no objection is raised, the trademark will be approved and registered by the Swedish Patent and Trademark Registration Office, and a trademark registration certificate will be issued to the applicant;
