Some suggestions on enterprise patent work

China National Intellectual Property Administration once carried out a "five-one project", that is, enterprises should have a specialized agency, a full-time staff, a patent wall, a special fund and a set of exclusive systems in intellectual property work. It should be said that except one patent wall, the other four sides are the basis of work, and the patent wall is the display of achievements. By the way, I think the basic work should be patent (intellectual property) information.
