1. Purpose
This system is formulated to strengthen the initiative and consciousness of employees of Yibin Lantian Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. to abide by the law, standardize employee behavior, improve the quality of employees, maintain the normal production, operation and management order of the company, and ensure the implementation of various rules and regulations of the company.

3. The principle of rewards and punishments
Those who have made meritorious deeds will be rewarded and those who have made mistakes will be punished. Everyone is equal before the system.
4. Types of rewards and punishments
4.1. Types of rewards
The company has set up the following reward items:
4.1.1. Spiritual rewards
(1) praise (verbal or written praise);
(2) awards (certificates, prizes);
(3) remember small work;
(4) Make great contributions.
4.1.2. Material reward
(1) One-time bonus;

(3) others (tourism, training opportunities, housing, etc.).
4.2. Types of punishment

(2) Defending the reputation and interests of the company and reducing or avoiding heavy losses for the company;

(4) those who have made remarkable contributions to maintaining normal work order and social order by fighting against bad people and bad things;
(5) those who have made significant contributions to the development of the company or the country;
(6) those who have made significant inventions and innovations in the company's business and achieved outstanding results;
(7) reporting or preventing events that endanger the company and the country in advance to avoid heavy losses;
(8) those who are brave in natural disasters, man-made disasters and crimes, regardless of safety;

5.1.2.5. Promotion
In case of any of the following circumstances, employees will be rewarded for promotion (the grade or rank will be adjusted according to the contribution of employees):

5.2. Punishment Rules
5.2.1. Warning
Employees shall be given a warning in any of the following circumstances (they may be punished together with a fine of 5-2 yuan each time and announced in writing):
(1) Those who violate the company's environmental sanitation system, spit or litter;
(2) those who are late or leave early;
(3) those who doze off or leave their jobs without permission during working hours;
(4) Those who don't wear work clothes, factory labels or slippers to work as required;
(5) those who fail to meet the decoration requirements of the company during the working period;
(6) scribbling in the company is unsightly;
(7) those who enter the workplace after being drunk;
(8) people who eat food in workshops or warehouses;
(9) those who don't queue up during meals;
(1) Failure to turn off the lights, turn off the tap or close the door;
(11) Noisy, chatting, playing games, slapstick and frolicking during work;
(12) people who listen to music with earplugs during work;
(13) The personal phone is too long or the workers are interrupted too frequently;

5.2.2. informed criticism
employees should be punished by informed criticism in any of the following circumstances (they can be punished together with a fine of 2-5 yuan each time and announced in writing):
(1) those who enter the prohibited places (workshops, warehouses and offices) without permission;
(2) those who refuse to accept the inspection and carry articles;
(3) borrowing documents for others to use and mixing them into companies or dormitories;
(4) those who make noise in the workplace, obstruct others' work and refuse to listen to advice;
(5) The name-calling and quarreling among colleagues is not serious;
(6) drinking too much at work, which affects yourself and other workers;
(7) smokers in areas in the work area that are not specially designated as smoking areas;
(8) causing shortage or damage to the company's property under the responsibility;
(9) The work is wrong due to negligence, but the circumstances are minor;
(1) handling private affairs without consent;
(11) those who don't listen to the boss's reasonable command for the first time;
(12) Those who do not operate according to SOP during work and the circumstances are minor;
(13) Those who commit wrong behaviors at work that may endanger other employees or customers;
(14) absenteeism for one day without reason;
(15) Those who commit acts similar in nature to those mentioned above.
5.2.3. demerit recording
employees who have one of the following circumstances shall be given demerit recording punishment (which can be punished together with a fine of 5-2 yuan each time, and announced in writing):
(1) those who punch cards on behalf of others or entrust others to punch cards.
(2) absenteeism for two days without reason.
(4) those who maliciously attack, abuse, maliciously insult or falsely harm, threaten, intimidate or cause trouble to colleagues.
(5) those who do not obey the work arrangement and cause adverse consequences.
(6) Those who have made major mistakes due to dereliction of duty, improper management and work mistakes, thus causing great losses to the company.

(8) Failing to declare all kinds of expenses and quantities according to the facts, such as falsely reporting business trip expenses, falsely invoicing, private bulletin, falsely reporting overtime hours, etc.

5.2.4. Demotion
Employees shall be demoted in any of the following circumstances:
(1) Those who disclose the company's business secrets.
(2) inquiring about the salary and welfare of others;
(2) Those who have caused great influence or loss to the company due to negligence.
(3) those who are incompetent in their own jobs and lack working ability.
(4) those who flout the company's rules and regulations and publicize their own bad feelings;
(5) managers abuse their powers, resulting in property losses of the company;
(6) committing an actor whose nature is similar to the above situation.
5.2.5. Dismissal
Employees shall be dismissed under any of the following circumstances (they may be punished together with a fine of 2-5 yuan each time and announced in writing):
(1) Those who damage the company's property and cause heavy losses;
(2) disobeying the reasonable guidance of the supervisor, and repeatedly persuading the listener;
(3) those who work part-time in other companies or units.
(4) those who are proved to be unqualified during the probation period.
(5) those who are incompetent for their own jobs or fail to meet the work standards of similar posts, and are still incompetent after training.
(6) spreading gossip of other employees or deliberately gossiping and causing disunity among colleagues;
(7) smokers in non-smoking areas in dangerous areas such as production workshops and warehouses.
(8) those who participate in illegal organizations.
(9) Those who knowingly give asylum to their staff members or refuse to report them.
(1) Deliberately violating the safety regulations, or failing to comply with the regulations to endanger the safety of other employees;
(11) when filling in company documents, making false information or tampering with records or forging various documents and statements without authorization;

5.2.6. Dismissal
In case of any of the following circumstances, the employee shall be dismissed (it can be punished together with the fine, and the amount of each fine is 5-2, yuan, which shall be announced in writing):
(1) Those who seriously violate various safety systems;
(2) those who gather people to make trouble and disturb the normal working order;
(3) gambling in the company, or immoral behavior;
(4) theft of company or colleague's property is found to be true;
(5) whoever uses the name of the company to swindle and cheat;
(6) those who abuse their powers to engage in graft and accept bribes.
(7) Forge or misappropriate the company seal or documents.
(8) intimidating superiors, or deliberately disobeying reasonable commands, or abusing and insulting superiors.
(9) Those who come to the company with weapons, murder weapons or contraband.

(11) Those who beat colleagues or fight with each other.
