1. Quality control of raw materials
When using aluminum foil scraps as raw materials, we should first select foils, pick out oxide foils, and separate aluminum foils with different thicknesses to ensure the uniform thickness of raw materials. When aluminum ingots are used as raw materials, it is necessary to ensure no oxide and uniform particle size.
2. Ball milling and grinding
The aqueous solution of the screened aluminum foil or aluminum particles and various additives is put into a ball mill for grinding. When grinding, the temperature inside the machine should be strictly controlled. If the temperature is too high, it can be adjusted by cooling with water. Stop the machine after the fineness of the material meets the requirements. The grinding AIDS used can prevent the ball and powder from sticking to each other in the ball milling process, so that the ball milling can be carried out smoothly. Gouache can make aluminum powder evenly dispersed in aqueous solution, which is convenient for grinding. Corrosion inhibitor can prevent the chemical reaction between aluminum powder and water. Coating can prevent aluminum powder from contacting with air and reacting with water in the ball mill, that is, aluminum powder is coated. Detergent was washed off by oxide in ball milling, which improved the product quality.
Step 3 unload the goods
Immediately after the ball mill stops, add the prepared discharge liquid into the machine, start the machine for 3-5 minutes, dilute the materials in the machine, and then vacuum the materials into the temporary storage tank. Then rinse the residual materials in the machine with 30~50kg of clean water, and then vacuum the water into the temporary storage tank.
dehydrate
Put the suction filter into the suction filter tank, then open the discharge valve of the temporary storage tank and put the feed liquid in the tank into the suction filter tank. When the water tank is full, close the valve, pneumatic vacuum pump, open the dehydration valve and water storage tank valve, and suck the water into the water storage tank for recycling. After the solid part is qualified, the slurry on the suction filter is discharged and put into a bucket.
