There are no appearance problems, and the physical properties of the paint film can be tested after 48 hours.

4. Maintenance:

Keep the tank fluid clean and minimize and eliminate the introduction of contaminants.

When heating, the circulation pump must be started to avoid local overheating. The temperature of the paint tank must not exceed 40°C.

If it is left unused for a long time, start the circulation pump for 1 to 2 hours every 3 days to maintain its activity.

The pH value of the bath liquid should be controlled at 8.0~8.5.

5. To ensure that the surface of the workpiece is clean, it is recommended to clean the groove every 6 months.

The storage period is 12 months. After the storage period, it can still be used if it meets the requirements according to standard testing.

During storage and transportation, collision, sun and rain should be avoided.

2. When the storage time is too long, stratification may occur. At this time, add an appropriate amount of neutralizer to make the pH value of the paint reach 9.0 to 10.0, and it can continue to be used.

3. When using, stir thoroughly and filter, and use clean water as diluent.

4. Construction is not suitable when the construction environment temperature is lower than 5℃ or the humidity is higher than 85℃.
