What will happen if there is no oil or low oil in the car engine?

Hazards of too little engine oil:

1. Lack of engine oil can cause cylinder pulls.

2. Too little engine oil will cause poor lubrication and cause wear of machine parts, while too much oil will cause increased operating resistance.

Motor oil is known as the "blood" of the car. It can lubricate and reduce wear, assist in cooling, seal and prevent leakage, prevent rust and corrosion, and shock absorb and buffer the engine.

The engine is out of oil and various components lack lubrication. It is estimated that it will not run for more than 2 minutes at low speed and 20 seconds at high speed. Of course, this time may not be accurate, but running out of engine oil is very serious.

1. If there is no engine oil, the engine oil light will come on. First, the connecting rod bearing will lock, and then the crankshaft bearing will lock.

2. The piston pulls the cylinder. Piston lubrication is through the rotation of the crankshaft, and the oil splashes onto the cylinder wall for lubrication. In some cars, it is sprayed onto the cylinder wall through a nozzle for lubrication. After there is no oil, dry grind the piston and cylinder head.

3. The sound of the valvetrain becomes louder.

4. After a long time, if you continue to increase the accelerator, the cylinder will be broken.
