Wang Yuejin's Study on Wild Grapes in China
Eight RAPD markers of resistance genes to powdery mildew, black pox, white rot, anthracnose and downy mildew of wild grapes in China were obtained, which were applied to the auxiliary selection of grape disease resistance breeding. The research results were presented at the 26th meeting of the International Horticultural Biotechnology Branch held in Toronto, Canada in August, 2002, and were selected into the collection of papers. Since 1998, seedless grape embryo rescue breeding has been systematically carried out. In this paper, seedless grape× seedless grape and seedless grape× China wild grape were cultured in vitro, and the suitable parents, the best sampling period and the method of integument treatment were obtained. The embryo rescue medium of disease-resistant seedless grape was innovated, and 983 embryo rescue seedlings were obtained, including seedless grape× China wild grape embryo rescue seedlings. Among them, 5 15 seedlings were preserved in the hybrid embryo between seedless varieties of European grapes, and a large seedless superior line 00-2-7 was selected. The research results have obtained the national invention patent 1 item, and applied for the national invention patent 1 item. The problem of pear yellowing in Weibei, Shaanxi, the largest crisp pear producing area in China, was studied for many years, and the formula and treatment method of yellowing nutrient solution were obtained. On this basis, trunk injection technology has developed into an effective fertilization method for normal growth fruit trees, and its production and application effects are remarkable. In August of 20001year, a compound liquid fertilizer for trunk injection and its preparation method applied for a national invention patent, with the application number of 01kloc-0/30752.8 and the publication number of 1332 135.
