Jianshui County People's Government shall incorporate the development of Jianshui Zitao industry into the national economic and social development plan, and scientifically formulate the development plan and supporting policies and measures for Jianshui Zitao industry.
Jianshui county land and resources, industry and information technology, culture, industry and commerce administration, quality and technical supervision, environmental protection, education, human resources and social security departments and relevant township (town) people's governments shall, according to their respective functions and duties, do a good job in the development of Jianshui Zitao industry. Article 6 The Jianshui County People's Government shall set up a coordination and management institution for the development of Jianshui Zitao industry, whose main responsibilities are:
(a) to assist the relevant departments to prepare the development plan of Jianshui Zitao industry and organize its implementation;
(two) to supervise the protection and rational development and utilization of Jianshui pottery (porcelain) soil resources;
(three) to guide the inheritance of traditional handicraft skills and intellectual property protection of Jianshui purple pottery;
(four) to carry out publicity, promotion, study and training, personnel training and other work;
(five) responsible for the management and use of special funds for the development of Jianshui purple pottery industry, project support and other work;
(six) to assist the relevant departments to do a good job in product quality supervision of Jianshui Zitao market;
(seven) to guide the purple pottery society, associations and other organizations to carry out activities;
(eight) to establish and improve the information database of Jianshui Zitao industry and release relevant information in a timely manner;
(nine) other work related to the development of Jianshui purple pottery industry. Chapter II Protection and Management Article 7 The People's Government of Jianshui County shall investigate the pottery (porcelain) soil resources within its administrative area, delimit the scope of protection according to their distribution, set up signs and announce them to the public. Eighth Jianshui pottery (porcelain) soil resources to implement a protective mining system. The exploitation of pottery (porcelain) soil resources shall apply to the competent department of land and resources of Jianshui County for a mining license.

If the mining right holder suspends or closes the mine, he shall complete the land reclamation and environmental treatment in the mining area, and go through the formalities for cancellation of registration in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state. Article 10 The competent department of quality and technical supervision in Jianshui County shall, jointly with relevant departments, establish and improve the corresponding product quality and technical standards and supervision mechanism in strict accordance with the division of Jianshui purple pottery into daily-use pottery and craft pottery.
Jianshui purple pottery producers should produce purple pottery in accordance with the requirements of unified technical specifications and quality and technical standards. Eleventh units and individuals have the obligation to protect all or hold the treasures, fine products and related materials of Jianshui purple sand pottery.
Encourage units and individuals to donate all their Jianshui purple pottery treasures, fine products and related materials to museums, archives and other professional institutions.
Museums, archives and other professional institutions shall properly keep the collection of Jianshui purple pottery treasures, fine products and related materials. Article 12 The competent departments of industry and informatization, culture, industrial and commercial administration, quality and technical supervision and other relevant industry associations in Jianshui County shall, according to their respective functions and duties, strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights of Jianshui Zitao, and support the designers of Jianshui Zitao works and products to protect the intellectual property rights of Jianshui Zitao works and products by applying for registered trademarks, declaring famous brand products, applying for patent and copyright registration, adopting anti-counterfeiting marks and electronic information management. Thirteenth Jianshui Zitao geographical indication certification trademark registrant is the owner of the certification trademark. Units and individuals engaged in the design, production, operation and promotion of Jianshui Zitao may apply for the use of the geographical indication certification trademark of Jianshui Zitao.
Encourage qualified registered trademark holders of Jianshui Zitao to strive for national, provincial and state famous, famous and well-known trademarks. Article 14 Jianshui County People's Government shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions on the protection of geographical indication products, organize the application for the protection of Jianshui Zitao geographical indication products, and guide eligible Jianshui Zitao producers to apply for the use of the special signs for Jianshui Zitao geographical indication products.
