Encyclopedia advocates healthy editing habits and does not encourage users to sacrifice normal rest and sleep in order to edit entries, which may even affect work and studies. Therefore, in view of the life patterns of most Chinese users, a night editing prompt system has been set up to remind users to reasonably arrange the time for editing and creating entries, and try to avoid nighttime operations.
The night time period starts at 23:00 pm and lasts until 8:30 pm the next day. Except for special emergencies, the encyclopedia will stop updating the versions of entries submitted during this period.
Users can use functions such as draft boxes to properly save their editing results and submit them later during the day when entries are updated.
