III. Examination and Organization

(I) Qualification Review

Before the examination, the recruiting unit shall review the qualifications of the candidates who intend to take part in the examination. (II) Assessment procedures

The assessment methods are teaching trial, interview and psychological test.

1. Teaching trial lecture

According to the position to be recruited, the content of the trial lecture mainly focuses on the professional knowledge and comprehensive ability required by the position to test the educational and teaching ability of the candidates, and evaluate the classroom teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching organization and teaching effect.

The total score of the teaching trial lecture is 1 points, and the passing line is 6 points. The results of the trial lecture will be announced on the spot.

among those who pass the trial lecture, according to the order from high score to low score, the number of candidates to be hired for each recruitment position is 1: 3, and those who fail to meet this ratio are determined according to the actual number.

2. Interview

The interview is conducted according to the interview method formulated by our school, which mainly tests the professional knowledge, professional ability and comprehensive quality required for performing the post responsibilities.

The total score of the interview is 1, and the passing line is 6. The interview results will be announced on the spot.

3. Psychological test

Psychological test is conducted after the interview, which is an assessment item and is not included in the total score.

4. Total score

Total score = 5% of the trial lecture score+5% of the interview score. If the test lecture and interview score does not reach 6 points, the assessment is unqualified.

iv. physical examination and investigation

if the total scores are tied, the medical examiner will be determined according to the principle that the one with the highest interview score is given priority.

the physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the national general standard for physical examination of civil servants (for trial implementation), and must conform to the relevant requirements of the physical examination standard and operating procedures for teacher qualification in Jiangsu province.

The employing unit shall organize an inspection for those who pass the physical examination, and determine the list of persons to be employed according to the inspection and physical examination results.

V. Publicity and Employment
