First, go through the formalities of patent application agency:
Sign a patent agency entrustment contract in duplicate,
Fill in the power of attorney for patent agency in duplicate.
Second, provide the basic information of the applicant/inventor:
The name, mailing address, postal code and telephone number of the written applicant;
The address and telephone number of the contact person and the name of the main inventor/designer.
Third, the technical disclosure:
I. Application for a patent for design:
Photos and drawings of samples or models shall be submitted, or photos that meet the requirements or six-sided views may be submitted directly.
B. Application for a patent for invention or utility model:
Technical disclosure of the following contents shall be provided:
1, name of invention;
2. The invention belongs to the technical field;
3. The background technology most related to the invention-it is best to provide a product or document close to our invention, describe the structure of the product and find out the advantages and disadvantages for us;
4. According to the technical defects in the background technology, determine the purpose of the invention;
5. The new technical scheme shall fully disclose the structure, hardware, methods, software and applications. This part is the core of patent application and should be described in detail;
6. The beneficial effects of the present invention are described in combination with the features in Part 5.
7. The appended drawings of the new technical scheme shall reflect the technical improvement points of the invention, and the main parts shall be marked with Arabic numerals (the utility model must have appended drawings);
8. The new technical scheme should have several examples, which are typical and operable. This part can explain the various changes of the invention in detail, and explain the working principle and method as needed.
