At that time, there were three such machines in the country. Faced with such a big object, everyone couldn't understand it. what to do? The leader thought of Chen Hu, who was usually diligent and studious, and decided to send him to study in Germany.
At first, faced with several thick English manuals, Chen Hu was at a loss and had no idea where to start. If he had any questions, he could only ask the factory engineers. But for key technologies, the other party would say: "You don't need to know this." !" The disdain in his eyes and the arrogance in his words stung Chen Hu.
Isn’t it just an English translation? You must argue! Therefore, Chen Hu used his spare time to look up information and start translating it. After several months of hard work, he "gnawed" several large English manuals. "I just want to make foreign advanced technology our own!" Chen Hu said. In order to deepen his understanding, he also made a teaching model to simulate the operation of the machine, and then taught it to his colleagues after he learned it. In order to play the leading role of model worker demonstrations, in April 2014 The company established a model worker innovation studio in the name of Chen Hu. Not long after the studio was established, the company wanted to renovate an imported piece of equipment. The foreign quotation was more than 400,000 yuan and it would take 70 days. However, the company had a very tight deadline and the response time from abroad was unacceptable. Finally, we tried to hand over the task to the studio to complete it.
After receiving the task, Chen Hu established a research team.
