A patent application does not need to provide a model. Only when the examiner does not know whether the patent is novel, whether it meets the requirements of the patent law application, and can't understand the invention content, can the applicant be required to provide a model or a physical object. If the model is needed or the material object cannot be provided, it will be rejected.
