At the beginning of 1994, the factory-run electroacoustic research institute was established. At that time, there were no research institutions of electroacoustic devices in China, and there were no manufacturers of special materials and equipment for electroacoustic devices. Many technical problems need to be solved through independent development or joint development. On the other hand, as the largest manufacturer of electroacoustic accessories in China, the school-run factory should also make a breakthrough in the scientific and technological content of its products and make greater contributions to the electroacoustic industry in China. Considering these two aspects,1May, 1994, with the approval of Shengxian Science and Technology Commission, the research institute of Shengxian Electroacoustics General Factory was established, and more than 30 scientific and technological backbones of the company were convened as members of the research institute. The task of the institute is to study the development and application of new products, new processes and new equipment. Thanks to the efforts of researchers, the Institute soon developed new equipment and products, such as automatic measuring and grading machine for cone resonance frequency (in cooperation with Nanjing University), titanium dome diaphragm, spray flash cone and so on. By the end of 1996, 74 scientific research achievements had been made.

At the beginning of 1997, the address was moved to the fourth floor of Tianle Building, and the number of staff increased to more than 60. Professor from Institute of Acoustics of Nanjing University and some experts from China electroacoustic industry expert group were hired as technical consultants. Through assiduous study, bold practice and joint efforts, researchers have successively developed new products such as injection-molded sound pots, honeycomb pots, biological pots, ceramics, flat wire voice coils, and new equipment such as TL-3 automatic copying machine, YCZ-Z 130 automatic forming machine for sound pots, automatic riveting machine for circuit boards and special-shaped glue coating machine. The Institute has successively completed 2 19 company-level scientific and technological achievements and won 57 scientific and technological progress awards in Shengzhou, Shaoxing, Zhejiang and the whole country. In February 2005, with the approval of Zhejiang Provincial Personnel Department, Tianle Group Postdoctoral Research Center was established. After nearly two years' work, breakthroughs have been made in six aspects, namely, the research on the renewal and use of the flattening die material of the upper die of T-iron, the research on the burr removal process of T-iron, the phosphating process specification of T-iron, the solution to the cracking problem of cold heading wire rod of T-iron, the research on the new processing technology of T-iron and the annealing adjustment of T-iron. Many technical difficulties have been solved, the product qualification rate has been improved, the production cost has been reduced, and good economic benefits have been produced. And completed 2 academic papers, one of which was included in SCI. The focus of research work is mainly on the adjustment and improvement of production technology. In the case that the specific reasons and theories lack a lot of basic experimental work, more experiments and theoretical summary work should be done on the premise of solving the process. The specific research topics are as follows: (1) According to the experimental results, the theoretical analysis and calculation of force in the forming process of T-shaped iron and the design flow of T-shaped iron are established; Optimum process for cold-working phosphating film of T-iron with different mushroom head sizes and deformation rates.

In July, 2008, with the approval of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Postdoctoral Research Center of Tianle Group was upgraded to a national post-doctoral research center.
