1. Check whether the GPS function is turned on.
2. Try to locate through the network (traffic charges may be incurred): slide down the screen top curtain-long press the GPS icon-enter the location service setting interface-location method-select "GPS, WLAN and mobile network" or "WLAN and mobile network" (the operation methods of different models of mobile phones may be slightly different).
3. If it doesn't work, turn off the phone, restart it, and search for stars again.
4. If you still can't locate it, it is suggested to change to another location or try at another time.
5. Update the software version used. If the navigation software cannot be located, please update the navigation software to the latest version or try to use other navigation software.
If GPS positioning cannot be achieved after the above operations, it is recommended that you take the purchase invoice, maintenance card and machine to Samsung Service Center for inspection.
The inability of GPS to locate is restricted by many factors, the most important of which is the signal and motion state. It is often difficult to locate GPS in places with poor satellite signals (such as indoors, tunnels, city blocks with high buildings) or in sports.
