I. Overview
The material selection of this kind of bamboo flooring is finer than that of ordinary bamboo flooring. Generally, local high-quality bamboo (or other bamboo species with similar wood properties) is used as raw material, and it is made through a series of strict technological processes such as material selection, cooking, drying and hot pressing. Heavy bamboo flooring is divided into hot-pressed heavy bamboo flooring and cold-pressed heavy bamboo flooring, and the cold-pressed heavy bamboo is Anji Tianfeng bamboo. Industry Co., Ltd. first developed this product, and then Anji Zhu Hong successfully developed it with hot pressing technology for more than two years, and applied for key technology patents. Cold pressing is to dry suitable bamboo filaments to a lower moisture content and soak them in glue, then dry, shape and press them into blanks, and then put them in a constant temperature space for thermal curing. After the green body is formed, it is broken and cut to balance the moisture. In this way, the blank board is completed and the finished product can be drawn online.
Second, advantages and disadvantages
Advantages and disadvantages of cold-pressed bamboo wire board
Advantages: long curing time, small color difference on the board surface and simple cutting process.
Disadvantages: Because cold pressing is cured by mold filling and heating, the grinding tool is also heated during the heating process, and the density of the edge of the expanded plate often fails to meet the expected requirements. Easy to collapse, easy to cause uneven plate density. In this way, there is a high probability of cracking, jumping and deformation on the painted board, and there is no good solution at present, but many professionals are studying and overcoming this technical problem, which I believe will be solved soon.
Advantages and disadvantages of hot-pressed bamboo flooring
Advantages: Hot pressing refers to some shortcomings of cold pressing, combined with the improved process of mature bamboo veneer production process, the pressing, heating and curing are completed at one time, and the blank forming process is completed under the pressure of several thousand tons, with uniform density and not easy to collapse, which further improves the inherent quality problem of the slab.
Disadvantages: The density of hot-pressed bamboo flooring is higher than that of cold-pressed, which makes it more difficult to cut and the cost of consumables is relatively high. The curing time of hot pressed bamboo is shorter, and the color difference is much larger than that of cold pressed bamboo.
Heavy bamboo flooring has high density, which is more wear-resistant, smooth, moth-eaten, deformation-free, elegant in color and refreshing and pleasing to the eye than any other flooring. Suitable for high-grade houses, offices, bedrooms, hotels, stadiums and outdoor leisure and entertainment places.
The above are the advantages and disadvantages of heavy bamboo flooring. Heavy bamboo flooring is a kind of flooring with small color difference, which is easy to cut, wear-resistant and not easily affected by cold and hot expansion during processing. The market price of heavy bamboo flooring will be more expensive than ordinary flooring, and the compression effect of heavy bamboo flooring is better. Because of the high density, it is not easy to produce moths. However, heavy bamboo flooring also has disadvantages. The density of heavy bamboo flooring is uneven, so there will be slight deformation.
