How to ensure the lubrication of chain?

Motorcycle transmission system is the transmission device of motorcycle power. Through the transmission device, the power of the engine can be transferred to the tire and converted into speed. In the transmission system, the chain is the most important transmission device, and the correct installation of lubricating chain is an important guarantee to ensure the normal work of the transmission system. Steps/Methods The installation quality of the chain has a great influence on ensuring the normal operation of the chain. The following points should be paid attention to during installation: When installing the chain, first check the meshing between the sprocket and the chain. If it is found that the chain roller does not fall to the bottom or is too loose, the chain cannot be installed. Check the pitch between chain and sprocket to find out the reason. Check the flatness of * * * to see if there is axial movement, deviation and inclination, otherwise the transmission mechanism and chain will be damaged prematurely. The clamp spring on the back of the chain connecting shaft must be stuck in the neck groove of the shaft pin to ensure the safe operation of the chain. For the open chain circlip, its installation direction must be opposite to the opening of the circlip and the running direction of the chain to prevent the circlip from being knocked off during operation. It should be noted that its loose edge has a suitable initial sag. The sag is about 1%-2% of the sprocket center distance. If the chain is found to be too loose, the motorcycle with adjustable center distance or with tensioning device should be readjusted appropriately. When the wear elongation exceeds 3% of the original chain length, a new chain should be replaced. If early fatigue cracks are found in the use of chain plates, rollers and pin shafts, they should be removed and replaced in time to avoid accidents caused by broken chains. If the friction surface is found to be brown or dark brown, it generally indicates insufficient oil supply and poor lubrication. If there is dust and oil stains on the lubricated chain, it should be cleaned with kerosene in time. When using the chain, you should also check the working face of sprocket teeth, and the normal working face should show a bright and polished appearance. When it is found that the gear teeth are ground into ratchet or pot shape, a new sprocket must be replaced. If visible damage is found at the end of the outer chain plate and pin shaft, it indicates that the channel of the transmission system is blocked, collided, rubbed and the accessories are displaced. At this time, measures should be taken in time to eliminate the phenomenon of bumping and rubbing.
