In order to handle patent applications and requests objectively, fairly, accurately and promptly, China National Intellectual Property Administration has formulated a patent examination guide according to Article 122 of the Implementing Rules of the Patent Law. It is the embodiment of the patent law and its detailed rules, the basis and standard for the administration of the Patent Office and the Patent Reexamination Board according to law, and the rules that the parties concerned should abide by at the above stage.
"Patent Agent Qualification Examination Guide" is an examination outline guide compiled by China National Intellectual Property Administration according to the new examination outline, which aims to help candidates prepare for the exam more effectively.
