Poly (propylene carbonate) polyol is produced by polymerization of industrial waste gas CO2 and propylene oxide under the original catalyst by using a circulating reaction device with independent intellectual property rights pioneered at home and abroad. It is one of the main raw materials of polyester polyurethane. It is the basic raw material for preparing other products of the company. Widely used in the production of casting (CPU), thermoplastic (TPU) polyurethane elastomer, one-component and multi-component polyurethane adhesive, synthetic leather resin, shoe polyurethane resin, foam and other polyurethane products, which can partially replace PTMEG and PCDL. The polyurethane elastomer synthesized from it has stable chemical properties, excellent processability, higher hydrolysis resistance than ordinary polyester and higher physical and mechanical properties than polyether polyol. It has been widely used in manufacturing sealing rings, conveyor belts, gear belts, mining sieve plates, wear-resistant gaskets, transfer cots, printing cots, peeling cots, silent gears, automobile shock absorbers, low-speed tires and so on. It is one of the ideal rubber and plastic engineering materials at present. The annual output is 50,000 tons.
Water-based polyurethane emulsion uses water instead of solvent-based polyurethane system as dispersion medium, which not only has extremely low VOC, but also contains no free -NCO. It is a water-borne polyurethane resin specially developed for its characteristics by using the new compound polycarbonate polyol produced by the company. It has the characteristics of water resistance, high hardness, scratch resistance, strong adhesion and good impact resistance. At the same time, it has the characteristics of film formation at room temperature, long storage period and high cost performance, which are difficult to match with waterborne polyurethane in the market at present. At present, the company has developed several brands of this kind of polyurethane emulsion, including JL-WD-1KLOC-0/,JL-WD-300 1, JL-WD-310/and JL-WD-0. It can be widely used in wood paint, metal paint, glass paint, ABS plastic paint, leather paint, water-based ink and other fields, and can replace oily paint. The one-component environment-friendly waterborne polyurethane adhesive prepared from this polycarbonate polyol has good adhesion to leather, paper, wood, metal, glass and even most plastic products. This water-based adhesive product does not need curing agent, almost contains no VOC, and is non-toxic and harmless. The annual output is 5000 tons.
Thermoplastic elastomer TPU is a kind of thermoplastic elastomer synthesized from polyol based on carbon dioxide. The polypropylene carbonate polyol, MDI and 1, 4- butanediol developed by our company are made by chain extension. It has excellent impact strength and high hardness, as well as good printing performance and adhesion. The film prepared with this TPU has high barrier to water vapor and oxygen, especially after being compounded with paper. The film made of this raw material also has excellent elongation at break and tear strength, and its mechanical properties are similar to those of LDPE film, which can be completely degraded by composting. The material has passed the biodegradation test of ISO 14855. This product can be widely used in agricultural plastic film, which can effectively solve the problem of soil pollution caused by non-degradable PE film. The annual output is 2000 tons.
The flame retardant insulation board has been tested by the authority of the National Fire Quality Supervision and Testing Center, and the flame retardant grade has reached B 1. It is the organic thermal insulation material with the highest flame retardant level in China at present, and the flame retardant performance has reached a level through the double-layer composite inorganic material on the surface. The material can be applied to the thermal insulation and flame retardancy of buildings and the thermal insulation of petrochemical, coal, electricity, water and steam pipelines. The annual output is 2 million square meters.
