1992 graduated from Shanxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, engaged in the research and treatment of encephalopathy for 27 years. Editor-in-chief has published three monographs, namely, Rapid Clinical Examination of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Treatment of Common Encephalopathy with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, and Rapid Clinical Examination of Pediatrics of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and published more than 20 professional papers. He invented Bushen Jiannao Capsule for treating cerebral palsy, ADHD and Alzheimer's disease, Tianma Xifeng Capsule for treating epilepsy and TIC disorder, and Anshen Jieyu Capsule for treating psychosis, which not only won three national invention patents, but also was listed in the hospital preparation allocation catalogue and the drug reimbursement catalogue of basic medical insurance in Gansu Province by the Health Department. He presided over the large-scale screening of ADHD and TIC disorder in children and the research and treatment of common encephalopathy, which was appraised by experts organized by the Science and Technology Department of Gansu Province and won the "domestic leading level". 20 12 won the third prize of rice traditional Chinese medicine science and technology in Huangfu county, Gansu province. The "Tianma Xifeng Capsule" invented by him won the third prize of scientific and technological invention of Lanzhou Municipal Government, and the "Anshen Jieyu Capsule" won the first prize of pharmaceutical development in Gansu Province. 20 15 was selected by Gansu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and Gansu Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission as "Famous Old TCM Doctors in Gansu Province". 20 18 was elected vice chairman of Lanzhou Disabled Persons' Federation and chairman of Gansu Province and Lanzhou Association of Relatives and Friends of Mentally Disabled Persons.
