Introduction to the Research Institute

NormStar Research (NSR) is established by the National Psychological Technology Application Research Association, Department of Psychology, Renmin University of China, and Shanghai Human Resources Management The professional committee, Nomu Star Evaluation Consulting Co., Ltd. and others co-initiated the establishment. The purpose of the institute is: based on scientific theory, oriented by practical application, and with the fundamental goal of promoting talent development. The institute is committed to the conceptual innovation and practical application of talent management and human resources consulting.

Currently, the institute has nearly a hundred professors from famous universities at home and abroad in the fields of psychology and human resources, senior HR managers from top 500 Chinese and foreign companies, and heads of important government agencies such as the National Talent Examination and Assessment Center. A team of experts is dedicated to the research and application of cutting-edge technologies and models for talent assessment and development. To date, it has developed and applied for more than 20 patents, and has published industry development reports such as the "White Paper on China's Talent Assessment Industry" for many years.
