1. For divorce cases, 50 yuan is required for each case; if property division is involved, if the total property does not exceed 10,000 yuan, no additional fees will be charged; For RMB 10,000, the excess amount will be charged 1%.
2. For cases of infringement of name rights, title rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, and honor rights, a fee of 100 yuan shall be paid for each case.

6. Administrative cases shall be paid according to the following standards:
(1) Public security administrative cases, each case shall be paid 30 yuan;
(2) Patent administrative cases, The fee for each case is 400 yuan;
(3) For other administrative cases, the fee is 100 yuan for each case; if the amount in dispute is the same, the fee shall be paid according to the fee standard for property cases.
7. For labor dispute cases, 50 yuan is required for each case.
8. In bankruptcy cases, the total value of the property of the bankrupt enterprise is calculated according to the charging standards for property cases, and the payment is reduced by half, but the maximum does not exceed 100,000 yuan.
9. When applying for execution cases, the execution amount or price is less than 10,000 yuan. The payment is RMB 50 per piece; for items below RMB 500,000, the payment is based on the target price × 0.5% + 50; for items above RMB 500,000, the payment is based on the target price × 0.1% + 2,000.
10. When applying for litigation preservation measures, if the amount or value of the property preserved is less than 1,000 yuan, 30 yuan will be paid for each item; if the property preservation amount is 1,000 yuan to 100,000 yuan, the total amount of property preservation × 1 Calculated as % + 20 yuan; if the amount exceeds 100,000 yuan, the payment shall be based on the total property insurance amount × 0.5% + 520 yuan.
11. Other litigation fees shall be charged according to the litigation fee regulations of the Supreme People's Court.
12. If you are dissatisfied with the ruling of non-acceptance, dismissal of prosecution, or objection to jurisdiction and appeal, the acceptance fee is 50 yuan per case.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 179, Paragraph 1 (1) of the Civil Procedure Law (if there is new evidence that is sufficient to overturn the original judgment or ruling), apply to the People's Court for a retrial, and upon review, a retrial will be decided. For cases, the applicant shall pay legal fees as required. If the party concerned does not appeal against the first-instance judgment or ruling, and after the first-instance judgment, ruling or mediation document has become legally effective, the party files an application for retrial. If the case is decided to be retried after review, the applicant shall pay litigation fees in accordance with regulations. If a party is dissatisfied with the retrial judgment or ruling and files an appeal, the appellant shall pay the retrial appeal fee in accordance with regulations.
Parties who do have financial difficulties may apply to the People's Court for judicial relief. The People's Court shall, in accordance with relevant regulations, decide whether the parties should defer, reduce or waive the payment of litigation fees.
