The boss's suggestion provided new ideas for Niu Peihang. Therefore, during his college years, Niu Peixing began to develop nonporous sockets in his spare time. Drawing drawings, opening molds, making products, and doing experiments ... After four years of hard work, he finally succeeded in inventing the nonporous socket. This non-porous socket is like a sealed cube with a blue switch button on the front, and the surface of the socket is as smooth as paper. When the plug is inserted, the hole in the socket will open automatically, and when it is pulled out, the surface of the socket will be flattened again. "The sockets sold on the market now are all perforated. Some safety sockets just add a protective door at the jack. But the pit on the socket is still there, and the internal structure is the same as that of an ordinary socket. Wood chips, iron filings and dust can still enter the jack, which has no effect on safety and power saving. " Niu Peixing introduced that the nonporous socket he invented completely subverted the structure of the traditional socket, which not only can prevent foreign objects from entering the socket, but also can prevent electric shock and waterproof. A socket can save at least 100 degrees of electricity a year compared with ordinary sockets.
At present, Niu Peihang's nonporous socket has become a spark project for college students in Shanxi Province, and its company has been recognized as a high-tech enterprise by the Ministry of Science and Technology. In the next step, in addition to continuing to improve the technology of non-porous sockets, he intends to solve the capital problem through financing and other means, expand production and go public on a large scale.
