What does patent docking mean?
The purpose of patent is to form intellectual property protection and realize the value of intellectual property. This requires applying patents to economic activities and realizing the transformation of achievements. Patents can be licensed or transferred to the outside world except for the patentee's own use. The so-called "docking" is usually nothing more than two forms. One is that the patentee directly negotiates with the transferee for authorization or transfer, and the other is to entrust a third-party intermediary to conduct transactions.
