Most of the water source heat pump units produced and sold at home and abroad today are dry systems and flooded systems. The energy efficiency of the dry system is relatively low, while the flooded system has disadvantages such as difficulty in liquid level control and oil return. The falling film system combines the advantages of dry and flooded systems. It not only achieves high efficiency, but also applies a new pressure differential oil return method to make it more stable and reliable. Falling film full heat recovery water source heat pump technology uses a falling film evaporator to achieve efficient operation. Compared with a flooded unit, it requires less refrigerant charging and has less impact on the environment; it uses a double-tube bundle shell-tube condensation The device realizes cooling and at the same time recovers and utilizes condensation waste heat to provide domestic hot water. The traditional approach is to use dual heat exchangers to work in series and parallel, or to implement it in an engineering system. The dual heat exchanger system has complex control and poor reliability; the grade of hot water recovered by the engineering system is low. The double-tube bundle heat exchanger used in this project to achieve heat recovery has overcome the above disadvantages.

The double-tube bundle shell-and-tube condenser is used to ensure that the cooling water and the recovered domestic hot water can operate independently, switch freely and not pollute each other, perfectly realizing the full heat recovery function.

The falling film evaporator is used to improve the operating efficiency of the unit and improve the maintenance performance. The refrigeration performance coefficient (energy efficiency ratio) is improved; the heat transfer performance of the evaporator is improved, and the material cost is reduced; the heat transfer temperature difference of the falling film evaporator is small, and the temperature difference of the water can be appropriately increased, thus reducing the use of groundwater flow and Water pump power consumption. Easy maintenance: The refrigerant water flows in the tube, and the dirt on the water side can be cleaned by opening the end cover; the refrigerant filling amount is small, which is more in line with environmental protection requirements.

The intermittent pressure difference oil return scheme is adopted, which is simple and reliable in operation. New pressure difference oil return scheme: When collecting oil, the high-pressure solenoid valve is closed, the pressure balance solenoid valve is opened, and the oil flows from the evaporator to the oil collector through the one-way valve. When oil is returned, the pressure balance solenoid valve is closed and the high-pressure solenoid valve is opened, using high pressure to press the oil back to the compressor. The time relay controls the action of the solenoid valve to achieve intermittent oil return.
