Logarithmic ratio analog-to-digital converter, converter time constant adjusting circuit and accumulation counter, which is controlled by instrument pulse to carry out load accumulation counting. Because the ratio adopted in the invention adjusts the time constant of the circuit in the conversion process of the digital-to-analog converter, the circuit can give the load value meeting the error requirement within the measuring range, so the secondary instrument can also give the integration weight value meeting the error requirement.
