Structural Overview

The telescopic belt conveyor is divided into two parts: fixed part and non-fixed part. The fixed part consists of the machine head transmission device, the tape storage device, the tape retracting and releasing device, etc.; the non-fixed part consists of the quick-detachable bracket without bolt connection, the tail, etc.

1. The machine head transmission device consists of a transmission drum, a reducer, a hydraulic coupling, a frame, an unloading drum, and a cleaner.

n The machine head transmission device is the driving part of the entire conveyor. The two motors transmit torque to the two transmission rollers through hydraulic couplings and reducers (two gears can also be connected in series) transmission). When using gear transmission, a set of motors, hydraulic couplings and reducers should be removed.

n The hydraulic coupling is YL-400 type. It is composed of a pump wheel, a turbine wheel, a casing, a driven shaft, etc. Its characteristic is that there is an auxiliary chamber on the side of the pump wheel. After the motor is started, The liquid flow enters the working chamber through the small hole, so that the load can be started in a relatively balanced manner and the motor starts at a near-hard load. During operation, No. 20 mechanical oil is added to the casing, and the oil filling volume is 14m3. There is an extended unloading arm at the front of the machine head, which is composed of an unloading roller and an extension frame. The roller is installed on the extension frame. On the machine head, its axis position can be adjusted through the bolts on both sides of the bearing to adjust the deviation of the tape on the machine head. Two cleaners are installed at the lower part of the unloading drum. n The frame is a welded structure and is assembled with bolts. All parts of the machine head transmission device are installed on the frame. The motor and reducer can be installed on the left or right side of the frame depending on the situation.

2. The tape storage device includes a tape storage bogie, a tape storage bin, a reversing roller, a roller trolley, a traveling trolley, a tensioning device, a tensioning winch, etc.

n The frame of the tape storage device is composed of a frame and a bracket connected by bolts. Three fixed reversing rollers and two reversing rollers on the traveling trolley are installed on the two rotating frames of the machine head transmission device. At the same time, the tape is guided back and forth in the tape storage device. Fixed trough-shaped rollers and flat rollers are installed on the shelf to support the tape. There are tracks on the inside of the shelf for the rollers and the traveling car to travel.

3. The belt retracting and unwinding device is located at the rear of the tensioning winch. It consists of a frame, an aligning roller, a reducer, a motor, a rotating rod, etc. Its function is to replenish the belt to the conveyor. On the fuselage or removed from the conveyor fuselage, a rotating rod is installed at both ends and the rear end of the frame, which is used to clamp the main tape when adding or removing the tape, and the self-aligning roller set is used for the roll retraction and retraction. The tape is guided when working. When working, push the reel into one end of the frame and lift it up with the tailstock, and the other end against the top of the reducer output shaft. Start the motor to drive the reel through the dial of the reducer output shaft to rewind the tape. To release the tape, do not turn on the motor when releasing the tape and drag the drum from the outside to reverse. When not working, the movable rail can be hung on the frame with a pin to reduce the width. A lifting device should be set above the movable rail to suspend the drum. The width of the tunnel can be appropriately widened depending on the specific situation to facilitate the operation when the tape is collected.

4. The intermediate frame is composed of a fast detachable bracket without bolt connection, which is composed of H-shaped bracket, steel pipe, flat roller, hook-type trough roller, "V" type roller, etc. It is the machine The non-fixed part, the steel pipe can be used as the disassembled fuselage, fixed on the steel pipe with a pin, and can be moved with a small hammer. The hook type trough roller is glue-jointed type, the trough angle is 30°, and is hung on the steel pipe with a hook. The roller is hung on the pin through the arc tooth grooves on the hook and can be moved forward and backward to adjust the position of the roller to control the deviation of the belt.

5. Loading device and unloading device; the loading device is installed behind the retracting and unloading device, and is connected to the loading section through the steering guide. The transported materials are loaded from this section to the unloading section, and then unloaded. The material is unloaded by a set of inclined rollers in the unloading section. The unloading section is directly connected to the pole. The tail of the machine is composed of guide rails (I, II, III) and tail roller seats. One end of the guide rail is fixed on the middle support with bolts. , and is glued to the front end of another guide rail with a pin to adapt to the uneven bottom plate. The tail roller has the same structure as the roller in the tape storage device and can be interchanged. Its axis position can be adjusted with bolts to adjust the tape in the machine. If the tail is deflected, the front end of the tail drum is equipped with a coal scraper, which can scrape off the crushed or pulverized coal on the surface of the drum and collect it in the mud trough.
