I. The specific requirements for the application materials of the National Quality Engineering Award (including overseas projects) are as follows:
(1) Project Introduction
1 project profile, which consists of project overview and project photos. The project summary is limited to 800 words. Provide at least 20 engineering photos, including not less than 3 whole photos and not less than 3 special parts, and mark the title at the bottom of each photo.
(2) National Quality Engineering Award Declaration Form
The declaration form is made in duplicate, of which 1 copy is bound in the confirmation materials. The declaration form can be downloaded from the website of China Construction Enterprise Management Association (www.cacem.com.cn). The contents of the form must be printed in black No.4 Imitation Song (GB23 12) and stamped with the official seal.
(3) Confirmatory materials
65,438+0 copies of confirmation materials, the contents of which are shown in the binding requirements in Part II and Part III of this requirement.
(4) Summary of engineering innovation achievements
Innovations 1 copy, including innovations in management, technology, quality, scientific and technological progress, energy conservation and environmental protection related to the project, such as construction, consultation, design, supervision, construction and commissioning, within 10000 words.
(5) Image data
Video data 1, the application of the national quality engineering award project is controlled within 5 minutes, and the gold award project is controlled within 8 minutes. The main contents include the general situation of the project, the legality of the project construction procedure, the special (difficult) points of the project construction, the quality control measures in the construction process, the quality inspection of important parts and concealed works, the key technologies and scientific and technological progress, the measures and effects of energy conservation and environmental protection, the award-winning situation of the project and the economic and social benefits obtained.
Second, the content and binding order of the confirmatory materials
(1) National Quality Engineering Award
1. Cover of confirmation material;

The above contents shall not be omitted. If there are special reasons, the explanation of the relevant unit should be attached. Among them, 1-4, 13 and 17 shall be provided with originals, and others shall be provided with copies.
(2) National Quality Project Award (Overseas Project)
In addition to the same requirements as the National Quality Engineering Award 1-4, the following materials shall be provided:
1. Qualification certificate of the principal applicant (when not declared by the construction unit) and qualification certificate of foreign contracted project operation;
2. Project approval documents. Among them, the domestic investment (including foreign aid projects) and the implementation of relevant domestic standards, should provide government approval documents, completely invested by foreign owners, provide the owner's approval documents;
3. Commercial contracts and technical agreements for engineering construction contracting. Among them, projects that implement overseas engineering construction standards need to provide comparison with domestic standards;
4. Project completion acceptance data, as well as acceptance reports of divisional projects and unit projects;
5. Evaluation opinions of engineering users;
6. Written opinions of the Economic and Commercial Counsellor's Office of China's embassies abroad on the quality and use of the project;
7 provincial (ministerial) level quality engineering award certificate. For projects that have not won provincial and ministerial quality awards, if the superior competent department of the main reporting unit is a central enterprise, the group company will issue a quality evaluation statement and make it clear whether it has reached the level of provincial and ministerial quality awards, and the superior competent department will issue a quality evaluation statement for projects declared by other units. In addition, if you win the quality award in the country where the project is located, you need to provide the appraisal description of the quality award level by the Counsellor's Office;
8 provincial (ministerial) level outstanding design award certificate. Projects that have not won provincial and ministerial design awards can participate in the selection of outstanding design achievements of engineering construction projects organized by China Construction Enterprise Management Association;
9. The project has no safety and quality accident certificate. This certificate is issued by the superior administrative department of the main reporting unit;
10. Other quality, safety, science and technology, energy saving, environmental protection and other related information.
Except for 1-4, 7, 8 and 10, all the above materials must be provided in originals. If the application materials contain foreign languages, they shall be accompanied by a Chinese translation.
Three, the application materials binding requirements
1. The first four parts are required to be bound separately, with 250g coated paper for the cover.
2. The project introduction is printed in color with 250g coated paper.
3. Binding size is A4 paper size, paperback binding.
Four, the electronic version of the application materials is copied to the U disk, and the written materials are uniformly loaded into the A4 standard hard plastic file box.
