Optimal control technology of BCS

This technology comes from our company's "General Combustion Optimization Control Technology (BCS)". The general optimization control technology of boiler is suitable for chain boiler, circulating fluidized bed boiler, pulverized coal boiler, gas boiler, oil boiler and so on. The main economic and technical indicators achieved after the implementation of this technology are as follows: (1) Fully automatic safe operation, stable operation and economic operation of the boiler are realized; Greatly reduce fuel consumption (chain boiler by 2 ~ 10%, CFB and pulverized coal boiler by1~ 3%); Obviously reduce the emissions of SOX and NOX. After implementing this technology in a 35-ton chain furnace, the economic benefit of saving coal only is 8-4 million yuan/year (saving more than 700 tons of standard coal every year); After the technology is implemented in a 240-ton circulating fluidized bed boiler, the economic benefit can reach 2-6 million yuan/year (more than 2,000 tons of standard coal can be saved every year). At present, there are 500,000 coal-fired boilers in China, which consume about 3.5 billion tons of standard coal every year. If this technology is popularized and applied to users with 20% capacity, it can create more than 654.38+000 ~ 50 billion yuan of energy-saving economic benefits for the country every year. This technology has a variety of intellectual property rights such as national invention patents (see the list of intellectual property rights of the company). It is an independent innovation project promoted by the Ministry of Science and Technology, an independent innovation product in Beijing and a circular economy demonstration project in Haidian District, and won the second prize of ministerial-level scientific and technological progress. This technology has been widely used, and there have been successful cases in boilers with 10 ~ 650t/h load.
