1. Let the bearing run on the super precision machine for a longer time. This helps to grind and finish the bearing's channels more deeply, resulting in a smoother surface.
2. Replace the ferrule and install grinding wheels on the entire channel to control the surface roughness of the workpiece. Use grinding wheels with better grinding properties to control the roughness of the channels. If the existing grinding wheel cannot achieve the desired grinding effect, the grinding wheel needs to be replaced.
3. Replace the grinding wheels on both sides of the channel with whetstones that meet the specifications. The existing grinding wheel needs to be replaced with a whetstone that meets specifications. Whetstones are often used for final finishing, allowing for a more finely trimmed bearing raceway surface. Selecting the correct whetstone and adjusting its pressure as required can further improve the surface quality of the channel.
4. Adjust the grinding wheel flower on one side of the channel to adjust the high tadpole mark in the center of the whetstone. Select the whetstone correctly and reduce the pressure of the whetstone accordingly.
