(1) ICBC U-Shield application process:

Step 1: Install the driver. If this is the first time to use personal online banking on a computer, please refer to ICBC Personal Online Banking The system setup guide first adjusts the computer settings, and then installs the USB shield driver. Drivers for USB shields of different brands can only be used with this brand. If you want to install using a CD, please run the USB-Shield CD and select "System Upgrade" on the main installation page. The system will automatically detect and prompt you to install the patch. After installing the patch, please select "Driver Installation" to install the USB shield driver.
Step 2: After downloading the certificate information and applying for U-Shield, you can entrust a teller at our branch to assist you in downloading the personal certificate information to U-Shield, or you can log in to ICBC Personal Online Banking and enter "Customer Service-U-Shield" Management-U-Shield self-service download" to complete the download of certificate information. Please confirm that the USB shield is connected to the computer USB port before downloading. If the download is unsuccessful, please go to the counter to handle it.
Step 3: After using the USB shield to log in to personal online banking, if you need to handle transfers, remittances, payments and other external payment services, just follow the system prompts to insert the USB shield into the USB interface of the computer and enter the USB shield password , and verified by the bank system, the payment business can be completed.
