Registration conditions for the 2012 National Patent Agent Qualification Examination:
Chinese citizens who support the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China and meet the following conditions can register for the National Patent Agent Qualification Examination Qualification examination:
1. Over 18 years old, with full capacity for civil conduct;
2. Graduated from a college majoring in science and engineering or having equivalent academic ability;
3. Familiar with patent law and related legal knowledge;
4. Have engaged in scientific and technological work or legal work for more than two years.
Graduation from science and engineering majors in colleges and universities refers to obtaining a nationally recognized college degree or above in science and engineering, and obtaining a diploma or degree certificate.
For applicants holding academic qualifications or degree certificates from higher education institutions in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan or abroad, their academic qualifications or degree certificates must be certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Those who meet the academic qualifications or degree requirements can register. take an exam.
Master's degree students in science and engineering majors in colleges and universities who have completed two years of study, and doctoral students in science and engineering majors in colleges and universities, are deemed to have engaged in scientific and technological work for more than two years.
