Constructed wetlands only require regular cleaning of grate pools and grease traps. The cleaning methods are as follows:
(1) Ground operations
1. After opening the cover of the dirty oil and pool with iron hooks, all workers are not allowed to smoke or use open flames on site to prevent If an accident occurs due to explosion or combustion caused by biogas, wait for 10-15 minutes and use a fire hose to perform the first-level dilution of the carburetor tank, and then use a long bamboo pole (5m) to stir up the agglomerated layer of debris in the tank to facilitate absorption. Then use a straw to test the suction and cycle it. Otherwise, use degreaser to dilute the dirty oil to be cleaned, and then use a long bamboo pole (5m) to stir up the agglomerated layer of debris in the septic tank to facilitate absorption.
2. Workers cannot leave the site after opening the manhole cover of the carburetor tank. After cleaning, the manhole cover should be covered immediately to prevent pedestrians from falling into the well and causing accidents.
3. The sewage pool is diluted with on-site firefighting water and then drained directly to the municipal drainage pipe. (The environmental protection company shall bear all responsibility for municipal management interference or fines).
4. Drive the sewage suction truck to the work site, put the sewage suction hoses (5m long, 3 prepared) into the septic tank.
5. Turn on the switch of the sewage suction truck and suck out the sewage until all the carburetor agglomerates in the carburetor tank are absorbed. Pay attention to prevent the work site and the clothes of passing pedestrians from being soiled during the process.
6. After completion, cover the manhole cover of the carburetor tank and rinse the work site and all tools with clean water. .
7. After cleaning, visually check that there is no accumulated matter floating on top of the well, the entrance and exit are clear, and the sewage must not overflow the ground.
8. Under normal circumstances, it is not recommended to work in the pool to prevent people from being poisoned or falling into the water, causing hidden dangers.
9. If it is necessary to work in the pool during cleaning, the following principles must be followed.
(2) Safety measures for downhole operations
1. After the ground cleaning work has been completed, the well must be ventilated and gassed a second time when it is necessary to go down into the well. test.
2. Open the sewage pipe well and grease trap manhole cover and ventilate for 10 to 15 minutes. No one should stand by the pool. It is prohibited to light a fire, smoke or use a mobile phone by the pool to prevent biogas from catching fire. Or the explosion could injure someone. After 15 minutes, use a portable instrument to check the gas concentration in the biogas inspection pool. When the biogas concentration exceeds 0.5, use a blower to perform general treatment in the well. When it is lower than 0.5, you can enter.
3. Before entering, check the depth of the pool and whether the ladder is firm (if the original ladder is not firm, use a new one).
4. When entering the inspection well, it must be guarded by a dedicated person. Roadblocks are set up around the inspection well. Construction work must not be placed near warning signs.
5. Prevent people from being poisoned or falling into water. If you have to go into the pool, you must wear a gas mask. Wear chemical protective clothing and take relevant protective measures. You must wear a seat belt, safety helmet, and safety shoes.
6. The safety belt must have the end of a safety rope fixed on the iron pipe of the building or a large tree next to it, and a thick wooden rod or steel pipe placed at the wellhead to ensure that the connection is secure.
7. When sewage is discharged from inspection wells or drainage ditches, use sewage pumps to pump out the water. The power supply must be supplied by mechanical and electrical professionals to prevent personnel from getting electric shock.
8. When clearing the pipeline, the standing position of the personnel must be 0.5m higher than the pipe mouth.
9. The wellhead caregivers are strictly prohibited from leaving. When people enter the well and discover that there are suspicious conditions underground that are not suitable for operations, they must immediately inform the wellhead caregivers and all personnel on the ground to pull the underground personnel to the surface as quickly as possible. Withdraw people.
10. Wellhead caregivers should pay close attention to the conditions of underground operations, and immediately take decisive measures to pull underground workers to the surface if they notice any abnormalities
