What rights can the patentee enjoy after the patent right is authorized?

After the invention-creation of the applicant is granted a patent right, the patentee shall enjoy the following rights:

1. The right to exploit one's own patent (without infringing other patent rights);

2. The right to transfer the patent right;

3. The right to license others to exploit their patents;

4. The right to prohibit others from exploiting their patents without permission;

5. The right to request protection when the patent right is infringed;

6. The right to mark the patent right on the product.
