2. Where a company applies for the certificate of priority and formalities, it shall generally submit the Request for Patent Application Abroad to the relevant competent authorities in the State Council according to the relationship between industry concentration and administrative jurisdiction;
3. Go through the formalities of microbial preservation. According to the patent laws of most countries, any patent application involving microorganisms that are not available to the public requires microbial preservation before or on the same day as the application date;
4. Entrusted China units and individuals to apply for patents abroad. The applicant shall entrust a foreign-related patent agency designated by the State Council to issue a certificate of priority;
5. Fill in the relevant application form, which is provided by the agency of the applicant country and needs to be filled out by the China applicant;
6. The processing of other necessary documents depends on the country applying.
