First, the operation preparation:
1. Material preparation: one set of oxygen device (oxygen cylinder, oxygen meter), treatment towel laid in the treatment tray, oxygen humidification bottle (filled with distilled water /3- 1/2), oxygen meter, snorkel, two treatment bowls (one for warm water, one for snorkel and one for gauze) and disposable nasal oxygen inhalation tube.
2. Nurse preparation: clean clothes and nails.
1, check that the doctor's advice is correct and the materials are well prepared. Push the cart to the end of the bed and check the end card.
2, cart to the bed, evaluate the operation environment (clean environment, sufficient light, suitable for waiting for patients during surgery, introduce yourself, check the patient's identity (wristband).
3. Wash your hands and wear a mask.
4. Blow off the dust, put on the oxygen meter, turn on the main switch (listen to the air leakage, check the oxygen pressure), put on the snorkel, humidify the bottle, and turn on the flowmeter switch; Turn off the flowmeter switch.
5. Use a flashlight to check whether the patient has nasal septum deviation and nasal vestibular mucosal injury, select nostril and clean it (with a wet cotton swab); Connect the oxygen tube, and check whether the catheter is unobstructed (insert one end of the nasal cannula into a therapeutic bowl filled with warm boiled water, and it will be unobstructed if bubbles overflow, otherwise it will be unobstructed), and then gently insert it into the nostril to catch it 1cm.
6, properly fixed.
7. Wash your hands after oxygen inhalation, take off your mask and explain the precautions.
8. Record the oxygen supply time and flow.
9, in the process of oxygen inhalation, closely observe the patient's breathing, consciousness, oxygen saturation and hypoxia.
10, check the doctor's advice, patient's identity, and do a good job of explanation.
1 1. Wash your hands and put on a hood. Stop using oxygen: unplug the nasal plug tube, clean the nasal alar with gauze, turn off the flowmeter first, turn off the main switch repeatedly, turn off the flowmeter to release residual gas, turn off the flowmeter, take off the humidification bottle, take off the snorkel and take off the oxygen meter.
12, wash your hands and take off your mask; Explain that the patient is in a comfortable position. Record the oxygen stop time.
13, sorting materials, indicating the opening time of cotton swabs, valid for 4 hours.
14, terminal processing
