Liu Qingchun's main achievements
Liu Qingchun has been engaged in scientific research, technology development, technology management and enterprise management for a long time, advocating self-esteem and self-improvement, and strictly restraining himself with the requirements of "three elders" and "four strictness". He has a rigorous style of study and a down-to-earth work. He has independently, presided over or participated in the research and development of projects such as "performance test and function evaluation of new industrial explosives", "research on improving the power and mechanism of a tactical weapon" and "research on new formula of fancy drugs". Through the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements at or above the provincial level, five research achievements have filled the domestic gap or reached the international advanced level. Since 1978, it has won 1 1 times the National Science Conference Award, Hunan Science Conference Award, Hunan Second Light Industry Science and Technology Progress Award, Hunan Major Science and Technology Achievement Award, Ministry of Metallurgical Industry Award, Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Science and Technology Progress Award and Hunan Excellent Science and Technology Paper Award, and won the "paper tape automatic fireworks drum machine". He once designed and created the first production line of emulsion explosive (plastic -B explosive) in China, which provided a new type of special explosive for explosive crimping construction of high-voltage overhead power lines. He took the lead in advocating and practicing the systematic detection of the pharmaceutical performance and product safety indicators of fireworks with scientific instruments and standard methods in China, which provided detailed detection data and theoretical basis for the safe production and scientific management of fireworks. He is one of the pioneers who use modern science and technology and detection system to promote the technological progress of fireworks production enterprises in China. He has independently edited or cooperated with others to publish four monographs, namely, Blasting Technology and Safety, Fireworks and Firecrackers Safety Production Technology, Safety and Hygiene Supervision Manual for Industrial Enterprise Design, and Compilation of Enterprise Management System, and published three translations, namely, Numerical Simulation of Unstable Flow Field in Blasting, Study of Rock Movement Caused by Blasting by Holographic Interferometer, Activated Nitramine Explosive Mixture, and Detonation Velocity of Blast Hole Charge, in journals above the provincial level. He has academic and technical expertise in pyrotechnics, chemical production technology, testing methods, technical supervision and occupational health, and has accumulated rich experience. He used to be the executive director of Hunan Arts and Crafts Society and a member of Hunan Safety Technology Expert Committee.
