Since the establishment of the legal protection system of intellectual property rights in China, it has also entered the international protection system. In recent ten years, China has joined some important international organizations and conventions: WIPO 1980, Lebanese Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property 1985, madrid agreement concerning the international registration of marks 1989 and Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works 1992. It shows that the legal protection of intellectual property rights in China has entered the legal system of intellectual property protection in the world.
