For enterprises, "implementation standard" is to implement the national standard of "Enterprise Intellectual Property Management Standard". The national standard of "Enterprise Intellectual Property Management Standard" was formulated by China National Intellectual Property Administration, approved and issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the State Standardization Administration Committee, and implemented on March 20 1 year. The standard number is GBT29490-20 13. 201July 15 to July 20, China National Intellectual Property Administration patent management office convened the intellectual property management departments, some patent agencies and enterprises in six provinces and cities, including Beijing, Hebei, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Hunan and Shaanxi, and carried out a training course on the pilot work of intellectual property management norms for enterprises in Beijing. This meeting marks the official start of the standardization of intellectual property management of enterprises in China. At present, the enterprise intellectual property management standards compiled by China National Intellectual Property Administration Patent Management Office have been submitted to the National Standards Office for approval. Prior to this meeting, Jiangsu Province had been entrusted by China National Intellectual Property Administration to carry out the implementation of enterprise intellectual property management standards in this province for more than two years, and achieved good results. The intellectual property awareness, innovation awareness and innovation ability of enterprises in Jiangsu Province have been greatly improved. Article 3 Trademarks approved for registration by the Trademark Office are registered trademarks, including commodity trademarks, service trademarks, collective trademarks and certification trademarks; Trademark registrants enjoy the exclusive right to use trademarks and are protected by law. The term "collective trademark" as mentioned in this Law refers to a sign registered in the name of a group, association or other organization for members of the organization to use in business activities, so as to show the membership of users in the organization. The term "certification trademark" as mentioned in this Law refers to a mark controlled by an organization with the ability to supervise goods or services and used by units or individuals outside the organization to prove the origin, raw materials, manufacturing methods, quality or other specific qualities of the goods or services. Special matters concerning the registration and management of collective trademarks and certification trademarks shall be stipulated by the administrative department for industry and commerce of the State Council.

Enterprise Intellectual Property Management Standard 5. 1 Generally, enterprises are required to plan, implement, operate, review and improve the documented intellectual property management system according to the requirements of this standard. 5.3 Prepare documented procedures, and specify the control required for the identification, storage, protection, retrieval, preservation and disposal of records. External documents and records of the intellectual property management system should be controlled and ensured: a) external documents such as administrative decisions, judicial decisions and lawyers' letters should be effectively managed to ensure that their sources and acquisition time can be identified; B) Establish, maintain and maintain records to prove that the intellectual property management system meets the requirements of this standard and operates effectively; C) Integrity of external documents and records, and clear storage methods and storage period. 5.4 Consistency Requirements 5.5 For enterprises that claim to fully meet this standard, all indicators of this standard shall be met. See appendix a for specific indicators. 5.6 For enterprises with high requirements for intellectual property management, they should seek to meet the indicators in Appendix B of this standard.
