The distal end of the left radius was fractured. After surgery, a steel plate was placed internally for fixation. Currently, functional exercises are being carried out in the early stages.

At the beginning, use the other hand to help move the finger joints. For distal radius fractures, it usually takes about a month to be fixed. The plate fixation takes longer because it is internally fixed. It takes a month to start exercising the wrist joint. When you first exercise the wrist joint, you can also use your right hand to help.

You don’t have to worry about the dislocation of the butt joints in this exercise. They are fixed at the beginning and there will be no dislocation. The earlier the joints are exercised, the better, so that the recovery can be more complete.
