Can I file it without quitting my job?

I don't think it's possible. The length of the service should be all files used. I need your transfer letter or admission notice. I just read something about it.

Literacy post: about becoming a full member, setting posts and grading (undergraduate and master respectively)-for graduates who are about to leave.

Recently, I often see some fresh graduates on the forum. For various reasons, they resigned soon after they joined the work. Of course, I believe that graduates must have their own reasons, some are involuntary, some are forced, and most of them are well thought out. As a laborer, everyone has the right and opportunity to choose employment, but many people may not know that there are many procedures that need attention behind the resignation of new college students, otherwise it will leave hidden dangers in the future and cause personal losses. As the recent period is a period of high job-hopping, many people ask me, and I simply write these for your reference.

Undergraduate students:

(0) File problem: If the receiving company has the authority, the file will be directly received by the company; In the unit without personnel rights, the files are designated by the unit and stored in a talent office (there is no difference in function between unit archiving and talent archiving).

(1) become a full member-> get the cadre status:

The first year of undergraduate graduation is called probation, during which undergraduate files cannot flow.

Wait until the probation period expires (one year from the date of reporting to the company), pass the examination, submit the summary/summary of the internship period (some units print the internship manual, and these functions are the same), and fill out the graduation form. At this point, undergraduate students have completed the formal procedures.

It should be noted that the unit that has completed the regularization should be the same as the unit on your dispatch certificate, and it is not allowed to be sent to unit A after graduation. The confirmation form is indeed stamped by unit B (A is a subordinate unit or grass-roots unit of B, which is not the case). If the unit has no personnel rights, the employment confirmation form should be stamped with the seal of the archived talents.

Signature: Fill in the Employment Grading Form (stored in the file).

(2) Fixed position

-> get junior titles

After becoming a regular undergraduate, you will get a junior title (assistant) according to your major and your position.

The conditions for obtaining the junior professional title are: the undergraduate has worked in a certain position for one year and passed the work assessment, and will be given a fixed position after becoming a full member.

Logo: Fill in the Application Form for Newly Employed Technical Title (the names of the provinces in this form are different, but almost the same, and this form is stored in the file).

(3) classification

-> set salary level

The "several grades" we often hear are salary grades.

After college students become regular employees and get fixed positions, there will be an additional salary scale in your file (the names of different provinces and cities are slightly different).

Signature: There is a salary scale in the file.

-

When the undergraduate graduates have completed the above three items, congratulations, you are now an authentic cadre, and your files can flow freely among talents (to put it bluntly, you can jump ship at this time). If you don't complete these three items, the graduate file is called "dead file", and other units or talent centers (in principle) can't access your file.

Because in terms of time, these three items are all completed after you have been working for one year, so the procedures of these three items are generally tied to you. At that time, you will fill out a lot of forms, so don't bother. These are all very important things related to your future career development.

(4) Transfer

Take Beijing as an example, the policies of other provinces may be much looser.

If the fresh graduates resign within one year after taking part in the work and fail to complete the above three items, they should go through the reassignment procedures before they can get employment in the new unit. (The reason is that your file is dead)

Generally speaking, there is only one chance to transfer, and you can't transfer again.

For graduates who have settled in employment units and received files, they may not be redistributed in principle (so if the hukou is issued outside Beijing, once the hukou is registered, it is difficult to find someone who can solve the hukou in Beijing. Those who have not settled down can go through the formalities of entering Beijing)

Therefore, for students who want to redistribute, it is best that your account has not landed yet, so it is much easier to handle it.

It is relatively easy to deal with the request for redistribution to the original employment place, and ordinary schools can handle it.

If the reassignment is successful, although it is stipulated by the state that the internship time of the old unit and the internship time of the new unit can be accumulated and merged, because each unit has its own regulations, it may be that your previous work experience of less than one year will not be recognized, so that your employment will be delayed for several months.

If you can't redistribute it, in principle (there must be exceptions) no unit or talent can consult your file, which has caused trouble for you to become a regular and rank.

This is still Beijing, and there is no definite score sheet, so no unit/talent will accept such files.

Many other provinces and cities are a little more relaxed, and someone may take over your file, or the personnel agency will help you to become a full member and upgrade.

Note: there is a difference between those with units and those without units: those with units have professional titles, while those without units have no professional titles and salary grading, which can only make you a cadre.

It is suggested that all undergraduate graduates go through normal procedures and think about their future. Try to work in the same company for one year, complete these procedures and then quit. Unlike schools, unfair things happen from time to time in society, and some things need patience. ......

Graduate students:

The same places as undergraduates will not be described here.

(1) Become a full member.

/cadre identity

Graduate students have no probation period, do not need probation period, and have cadre status directly.

Graduate employment is actually a probation period. Because there is no probation period for graduate students, some units arrange a probation period of 3-6 months to observe and assess the work ability of graduates. After the probation period expires, "employment" does not belong to trainee employment.

It is observed that those who sign a three-year labor contract will generally try for three months.

If a labor contract is signed for more than 5 years, the probation period can be up to 6 months.

Remarks: Graduate students may not fill in the relevant forms from probation to formal employment.

(2) Fixed position

Master students directly set their primary titles after taking part in the work.

Units that have a probation period also have professional titles after the probation period expires.

Remarks: Many graduate students do not fill in the declaration form for junior professional titles.

(3) classification

Graduate students will be graded after six months of work.

The salary grading table is put into the file by the personnel of the unit.

(4) Transfer

Graduate work less than 6 months, the above three unfinished, file death.

If you want to change your job within these six months, you can apply for a transfer.

The policy of reassignment is similar to that of undergraduate course, but it should be reminded that unless you resign within three months, you can expect the free flow of files in a few days and you can be liberated. The free circulation of graduate students' files takes twice as long as that of undergraduates. If you stick to it, you can get through.

Therefore, it is strongly recommended that master students leave after working for 6 months.

Several problems that all fresh graduates who are ready to change jobs should pay attention to;

( 1)

The unit gives graduates from outside Beijing who have settled in Beijing hukou.

It is best for such graduates to have social security in the unit for one year.

Because Beijing has strict supervision and inspection on international students studying in Beijing every year, a large-scale inspection was conducted on 20 10.

Graduates who specialize in cracking down on the index of buying and selling hukou, those who are sent to unit A but are not actually in their posts, those who are only interested in hukou, and those who resign as soon as they get hukou, are the focus of investigation.

Once the problem is found, it is possible to cancel your Beijing account (if you are unlucky enough).

If your account is handled by talents, you should have been in the talent file for 1 year except social security (the reason is the same as above).

(2) Title series

Graduates who are redistributed after work should also pay attention to whether your title series has changed.

China Book Series (see attached table)

Undergraduate needs to be engaged in relevant technical positions for one year. If you find a new job, the series of titles you are engaged in are likely to be different from the original ones. (For example, being a teacher and being a reporter are two different titles), then you can't evaluate the junior title until one year after your new position is over.

For example, an undergraduate boy graduated in June 2009 and joined the work. First, I worked as a math teacher in a middle school for half a year (teacher title series), and then transferred to a newspaper as a reporter (reporter title series) in June 2009. Since then, I have been working as a reporter. The full-time job for boys is June 20 10, and the setting time of junior title-assistant reporter should be 20 years.

If two jobs are similar, two work experiences can be merged. If he still works as a teacher after being reassigned in June 2009, the time for him to set up a junior title is 20 10/June 0.

If a boy (who graduated from work in June 2009) has been a math teacher for one year (20 10) and has the junior title of teaching assistant, his file can flow freely at this time. If he changes jobs to a newspaper again (this is a real job-hopping, and there is no need to transfer or transfer again), he will change jobs as a cadre (which can be regarded as cadre transfer). Although he has obtained the title of teaching assistant in June, 20 10, he needs to obtain a new title in a new position because he changed his title series. He got the assistant reporter on June 20th110.
