In the whole process of dust removal, desulfurization and denitrification in boiler flue, there are many reasons for flue gas leakage. Among them, the damage of electro-hydraulic gate valve or its own sealing performance is not up to standard, which is one of the main reasons for flue gas leakage.

When the flue plug valve is closed, most of the sucker rod structure is exposed and in contact with the air. The corrosion caused is more serious. The sealing ring structure at the bottom of the oil cylinder is also easy to damage and fall off due to the high temperature corrosiveness of flue gas. It is easy to cause the risk of smoke leakage.
