(three) the use and protection measures and effects (35%). Evaluation: 1. Patent application and protection measures; 2. Economic benefits and market share.
(4) Social benefits and development prospects (15%). Evaluation: 1. Social benefits; 2. Industry influence; 3. Policy adaptability.
