Detailed information and description of the product. 5. Within 3 working days from the date of accepting the patent for utility model, the customer can get the acceptance notice of applying for patent number issued by China National Intellectual Property Administration. 6. Generally, the patent authorization certificate can be issued in 5-7 months. 3. Invention patent: 1. Copy of the applicant's ID card and contact information. The company needs to provide a copy of the business license and organization code certificate when applying. 2. Name of the invention. 3. Detailed information and description of the product (including technical formula). 4. Within 5 working days from the date of acceptance, the customer can obtain the acceptance notice of the application for patent number issued by China National Intellectual Property Administration. 5. Generally, a patent authorization certificate can be issued in 1.5-2 years.
