What patent does wo start with?

WO stands for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

It means that a patent is registered by WIPO through the PCT treaty and then applied for a patent in many countries.

Patent numbers marked with WO are mostly used for patent retrieval of the same subject.
