When and who invented velcro?

1948 One day, the Swiss inventor George MaiStraahl took a walk with a puppy. On the way, he was curious about the barbs stuck to his clothes and the dog's hair. So he carefully observed the natural evolution characteristics of barbs under the microscope and helped pollination by "hooking" animals. Inspired by this, he invented Velcro. 1955, George Mai Straahl applied for an invention patent for his belt buckle.
